"The one where we almost got a negative outcome"

The CDR writing had gone smoothly, and we were able to provide the complete CDR report to the client within the required timeline. The client was happy with the report quality; however, they decided to submit the documents themselves instead of using our application submission service. We emailed them all the documents, including the plagiarism and AI reports for assurance. The email clearly mentioned which files were supposed to be submitted and also advised the client not to submit the plagiarism report by mistake. Despite this, the client accidentally submitted the plagiarism report. Engineers Australia then questioned the client regarding it. The client reached out anxiously and explained what had gone wrong. We decided to help correct the situation by assisting the client in writing a formal explanation and collecting evidence to prove that the report was their own work. We managed to submit all the explanations and supporting evidence within the timeline and get the client a positive outcome. The client was extremely happy and a little sorry about skimming through the email and missing the guidelines.
